Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Ballfitdb for ballfitdb.com and the Ballfitdb iOS app.
The service
Ballfitdb is basketball training software: programs, workouts, evals, nutrition logging, and optional Coach AI. It is not medical, dietary, or professional coaching advice. Train within your limits. Talk to a clinician before starting a new program if you have an injury or condition.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password, or Google / Apple login, you use. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the web (Account → Delete account).
Membership
New accounts start a 7-day complimentary trial. After that, Pro is required for the paid training features. On iOS, Pro is an auto-renewing App Store subscription (monthly or annual). Apple charges your Apple ID at confirmation and at each renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your Ballfitdb account does not cancel Apple billing. Restore Purchases recovers an existing entitlement on a new device. On the web, membership may be billed by Stripe instead of Apple.
Coach AI
If you Allow Coach AI, we send the training facts listed in the Privacy Policy to Sail Research and OpenRouter so a coach can reply. Those replies can be wrong. You decide what to do in the gym. You can turn Coach AI off at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service, scrape it, try to break into other accounts, or post unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Intellectual property
Workouts, media, copy, and software belong to Ballfitdb or its licensors. You keep ownership of the logs and messages you submit. You grant us a license to host them so the app can function.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or specific performance outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, Ballfitdb is not liable for injuries, lost profits, or indirect damages from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top is the current version.
